Description
Job Title: Quality Analyst (Manual)
Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify and document software defects and track them to resolution.
Collaborate with software developers and project stakeholders to address quality issues.
Participate in requirements analysis and review to ensure testability.
Conduct regression testing and ensure software functionality is maintained during code changes.
Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress and results.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices in software quality assurance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in manual software testing.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of software development lifecycle
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
