Description
As a Software Tester with 1-2 years of experience at Techware Lab you will be an integral part of our quality assurance for the allocated projects with responsibility for ensuring the reliability and quality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report defects, execute test cases, and assist in maintaining the overall quality of our software.
Key Responsibilities:
*Execute test cases, both manual and automated, to verify the functionality of software applications.
*Document and report defects, and track their resolution in collaboration with developers.
*Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases.
*Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and features.
*Participate in product design and requirement review meetings to ensure testability.
*Maintain and update test documentation and test case libraries.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
*1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Software Tester
*Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
*Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools is a plus.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*Manual testing(Web and mobile)
*Preferred Skills and Experience:
*Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting (katalon, Selenium)
*Exposure to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
*Basic understanding of programming concepts.
