Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly assess software functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing to detect bugs, defects, and performance issues.
Document test results, report defects, and track resolution progress.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in writing test cases and test scripts.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
