Description
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design team, including the Front-End Web Developer/Designer, to craft visually compelling digital assets for our various marketing initiatives. This includes crafting social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and display ads.
• Assist in the conceptualization and creation of design layouts, mock-ups, and prototypes while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Play a role in producing multimedia content like videos and animations, which will be utilized across our digital platforms.
• Work alongside the Digital Marketing Team to ensure that the design elements align with search engine optimization efforts and overall campaign goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, innovative design techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and creativity of our designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the digital marketing team, contributing fresh design ideas that align with our marketing strategies.
• Manage and organize design assets, files, and project documentation to facilitate seamless collaboration within the team. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
• 1 year of relevant work experience. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Bachelors from any stream or Diploma in Design/Animation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software (Photoshop, Illustrator/Similar).
• Strong understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory.
• Creative thinking aligned with marketing goals.
• Effective communication of design concepts.
• Meticulous attention to detail in execution.
• Adaptability in a fast-changing digital environment.
• Basic grasp of digital marketing's design impact.
• Collaboration within team and individual initiative.
• Portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
• Basic understanding of WordPress/HTML/CSS.
